In certain circumstances, we need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligations. For example, if you order an item from us for home delivery, we'll collect your address details to deliver to your purchase, and pass them to our courier DPD

THE INFORMATION WE DON'T COLLECT

Credit/Debit Card Information - we use a third party payment processor to handle this information securely. None of your Credit/Debit card information is stored anywhere on this site. All payments are secure, and are handled by Stripe.

Member Login Passwords - we are notified of your registration but will not be able to access personal information such as personal password.

THE WAY WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. You can always unsubscribe from our updates at any time.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

RETENTION

Where you have provided us with personal information in order to purchase a plan and set up an account with us, we will retain those details for as long as your account remains active.

Your account will remain active for thirteen months from date of purchase, after which time all of your information will be removed from our system.

Where we obtain your personal data in relation to the use or purchase of our services or products, including VAT or invoicing information, we are obligated by law to keep this for a minimum of six years.

Where you engage in online discussions through the website, such as with our online coaches and support team or via our Live Chat function on our website and client log in area, this content will be kept on their servers indefinitely, to have this communication erased please contact us
