Cookies Policy

Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also allows us to improve our site. By continuing to browse the site, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the hard drive of your computer if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive.

We use the following cookies:

1.1 Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are required for the operation of our website. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our website, use a shopping cart or make use of e-billing services.

1.2 Analytical/performance cookies. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.

1.3 Functionality cookies. These are used to recognise you when you return to our website. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).

1.4 Targeting cookies. These cookies are installed by third party websites separate to our site, such as advertisers. They gather data about your browsing habits, and allow them to track you across multiple websites. This information is used to deliver ads deemed relevant to you, limit the number of times a specific ad is served, or to help measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

You can find more information about the individual cookies we use and the purposes for which we use them below:

As mentioned above, please bear in mind that if cookies aren’t enabled on your computer, your activities will be restricted to browsing this website – and you won’t be able to add products to your shopping bag and buy them.

First, establish which internet browser is set to default use on your machine (or which browser you use most often). To find out what it is, simply open the internet as usual and follow the steps below:

PC Users

On the toolbar at the top of your browser, click ‘Help.’ Choose the ‘About’ option from the drop-down menu. This will tell you the browser type and version.

Mac users

Once you know the browser you’re using, the below guides for each browser will help you find the cookie settings.

Google Chrome

Click on the spanner icon in your browser. Select the ‘Settings’ option. This should open a box with tabs along the left hand side. Select the ‘Under the Hood’ tab. From the drop-down list of options, highlight ‘Settings’, and then scroll across and select ‘Preferences’.
