Your Defence Plan To Coronavirus

Here is a few tips how you can set up your defence to help fight against Covid-19.


1. Find your defence zone

Stay at home to help save lives and protect your own, here is a few tips and advice to follow when at home and if you need to leave the house for exercise and essential shopping -

  • Wipe down surfaces regularly to help kill Coronavirus

  • Wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds

  • Social distance to at least 2m when outside your home

  • Take extra precaution and wear gloves and face mask outside


2. Stock up on the supplements

Now is the time to really focus on yourself and boost your immune strength. Look at adding health supplements to help boost your immune system and provide yourself with a better chance of fighting the virus, selected supplements -

  • Zinc

  • Vitamins A, C & D

  • Allicin


3. Sleep

Aim to be getting around 6-8 quality hours sleep per night, tracking your sleep quality at night is a good insight to understand how well you are sleeping and how much sleep you are getting. Here is a few benefits of a good sleeping pattern -

  • Poor sleep is linked to depression

  • Improves immune function

  • Helps improve your cardiovascular health

  • Helps reduce stress and anxiety

4. Cut the processed foods

Help boost your immune system by cutting out processed foods, not only can this be more cost effective and help towards any weight/fat loss goals, other benefits include -

  • Loaded with important nutrients

  • Low in sugar

  • High in fibre

  • Contains antioxidants


5. Stop Smoking - This also includes vaping!!

Even without the current coronavirus outbreak this should still be one of your main priorities due to the health risks associated. Covid-19 is a respiratory disease that attacks the airways and lungs, smoking can increase your chances of developing a more severe case of coronavirus and is highly recommended to quit smoking as soon as possible!


It's important to remember that these tips will not prevent your from getting coronavirus although taking these steps can help reduce your chances of catching the virus and can help provide your body with the best chance of fighting against the virus.
