Here is a few tips how you can set up your defence to help fight against Covid-19.
1. Find your defence zone
Stay at home to help save lives and protect your own, here is a few tips and advice to follow when at home and if you need to leave the house for exercise and essential shopping -
Wipe down surfaces regularly to help kill Coronavirus
Wash your hands regularly and for at least 20 seconds
Social distance to at least 2m when outside your home
Take extra precaution and wear gloves and face mask outside

Covid-19 is a respiratory disease that attacks the airways and lungs, smoking can increase your chances of developing a more severe case of coronavirus and is highly recommended to quit smoking as soon as possible!
It's important to remember that these tips will not prevent your from getting coronavirus although taking these steps can help reduce your chances of catching the virus and can help provide your body with the best chance of fighting against the virus.
