Come and join us on a 14 day trek up Kilimanjaro from your own living room.


Who can complete this challenge?

The 14 Day Kilimanjaro challenge is perfect for all abilities, it provides a variety of strength exercises and will take no longer than 5 minutes of your day to complete.


What do I need to complete the challenge?

All the exercises are bodyweight exercises, a yoga mat is recommended and working with a stepper could be a good alternative for some of the exercises if you struggle with the range of movement required.


How do I complete the challenge?

You are required to complete the daily exercises to complete this challenge, all the exercises will be uploaded to our facebook and instagram accounts daily to follow along live. You can complete the exercises however you like, it is fine if you decide to have a break between the exercises.


How does the challenge work?

There is 3 exercises required to complete every day;

  • Mountain Climbs

  • High Knees

  • Bear Crawl

Every round of 10 reps complete will equate to 725ft and during the 14 days we will be completing over 19,572ft to reach the summit of Kilimanjaro.

  • Base One - Mti Mkubwa Camp at 2,175ft (Day 1-3)

  • Base Two - Shira Camp at 5,436ft (Day 4-6)

  • Base Three - Moir Hut at 9,786ft (Day 7-9)

  • Base Four - Barranco Camp at 15,222ft (Day 10-12)

  • Summit at 19,572ft (Day 13 & 14)


When does the challenge start?

Join us from 15th May 2019 to begin the 14 day trek up Kilimanjaro. Spread the word and complete the challenge with a friend online.
