Transformation Personal Training
Do I still get charged for sessions if im away on holiday or away with business?
All details regarding cancellations and holidays will be within your personal training contract upon sign-up. We have a 12 hour cancellation period so as long as notice has been provided for the session/s you will be unable to attend you will not be charged for your session/s.
Can I increase my weekly personal training sessions?
You have the flexibility throughout your personal training journey to be able to increase or decrease the amount of sessions per week you would like to do as long as they are either 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week. All packages are reviewed on a monthly basis so your current monthly training session block will need to be completed before you can change your package.
How can I make payment?
Upon sign up and at the end of every block of sessions we will email you an invoice, you have the option to pay via cash, BACS or through our online store.
What happens to my sessions after the initial 90 day period?
If you are happy to continue with your personal training package, nothing needs to change with your personal training times, days and package. Your membership will just become a monthly membership.
I'm struggling to commit to my personal training times, can I change them?
If you find that your personal training times or days become an issue, we can review your times and days with your personal trainer to find yourself a better alternative depending on availability.
