Our fun fitness workout has finally arrived live online! Fun packed with a variety of exercises to complete as we work our way around the board looking to achieve as many points as possible.

This workout is perfect for all abilities.

All exercises will be bodyweight.

How does it work?

The host will put together the board with a range of exercise to be completed, once the die has been rolled we will work our way around the board and complete any of the exercises that is on the station. There is no structure to the session... anything can happen!!!
