Each session has a focus on a muscle group or to help maximise your results, all abilities are welcome to attend the workouts. Our 45 minute workouts have been proven to burn over 1,000 calories!



Enjoy a taster menu with a small variety of macronutrient focused meals to enjoy providing you with a variety of meals to choose.

All our recipes come with a weekly meal management planner, illustration, ingredients and cooking instructions to help ensure you are always on the right track throughout.
